In order to further improve the product quality of Yongnian fastener industry, enhance the standard awareness of Yongnian enterprises and the voice of Yongnian enterprises in the formulation of national fastener industry standards, the “Technical Exchange Meeting on the Revision of the Secondary Standard for the Connection of High Strength Large Hexagon Head Bolts for Steel Structures” was held in the conference room on the 3rd floor of China Yongnian Fastener Expo Center at 9:00 a.m. on February 21, 2023.
The meeting was organized by China Yongnian Standard Parts Research Institute and Hebei Fastener Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, hosted by Guo Yong, the president of the research institute, and Liu Zhanqu, the inspection center, and attended by Li Weiguo, Liang Jingye, Zhu Jianing and other technical backbones of the inspection center. The meeting also invited 8 teachers from Hebei Engineering University and Handan Vocational and Technical College as technical guests.
At the meeting, the technicians of the testing center revised the contents of the current national standards GB/T 1228-2006, GB/T 1229-2006, GB/T 1230-2006 and GB/T 1231-2006 to replace the standard GB/T 1231-2002 × The contents to be revised, product inspection and acceptance rules, and precautions for enterprise self-inspection are introduced in detail.
The participating enterprises put forward many problems and suggestions on the revision of the standard, the problems in the use of the standard, and other problems encountered in production. The suggestions on the revision of this standard include whether the nut material can be increased by 10B21, the new standard does not specify the surface treatment process of the connecting pair, and the assembly status of the connecting pair with different surface treatment before the torque coefficient test.
Experts and teachers from Hebei Engineering University and Handan Vocational and Technical College also gave some suggestions on the revision of the standard, and highly recognized the meeting we organized. Finally, they pointed out the importance of the standard with their own years of experience, and suggested that Yongnian enterprises must pay attention to the standard, actively participate in the formulation and revision of the standard, and make a voice for our Yongnian fastener industry.
Most of the enterprises participating in this technical exchange meeting have signed up voluntarily, which shows that Yongnian enterprises have greatly improved their quality awareness and pay more attention to the use, formulation and revision of national standards. At the meeting, all enterprises spoke freely and the atmosphere was active. They not only learned the contents of the new standard to be revised in advance and grasped the update dynamics of the standard, but also solved some technical problems. In the future, we will sort out the collected opinions and suggestions, feed them back to the National Fastener Standards Technical Committee in time, and enter the preparation of the next technical exchange meeting. We welcome more Yongnian enterprises to actively participate in technical exchanges, discuss technical issues, share technical knowledge, unite, make progress together and seek common development, so as to improve the position of Yongnian fastener industry in the industry.
